Service Hours
Students complete service hours as a graduation requirement. These hours are designed to ready our students for a life dedicated to service in Christ.

* Religion courses fulfill additional elective requirements to attain this certificate.

In addition to these requirements, a student must:
- Maintain a four year attendance rate of at least 95%
- Have a 3.0 GPA in the four core academic areas combined
- Have an A.C.T. score of at least 21 or an S.A.T. score of at least 1500
- Math credits must be from Algebra 1 or higher
- Science credits must be from Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or higher.


In addition to these credit totals, each student is required to be enrolled in a religion class every year they are a student at Saxony. Each student is required to perform sixty clock hours of volunteer service over the course of their time at Saxony. These requirements are solely for graduation from Saxony Lutheran. Some colleges/universities may require additional course work for admittance. Each student should check with college admissions offices to verify their current standards.
